The KPU policy is considered to only benefit one of the candidates.

Actually, Andre continued, without the list of questions, the presidential and vice-presidential candidates should have been able to find out the framework of the problem which was the theme of the debate. For example, in the first debate, the theme was human rights, corruption, terrorism and the law.
"The candidate should know what the framework is like. We are optimistic that Pak Prabowo is able to answer without being given a list of questions because he always reads, discusses so that he has the ability to answer, understand and understand problems without the need to cheat.
KPU will provide a list of questions to the presidential and vice presidential candidates a week before the 2019 Presidential Election debate is held.
